Yin Yoga or Gravity Yoga is a way to really get more flexible. You hold specific poses for 5+ minutes if possible to help stretch tendons and ligaments. Yin Yoga is technically Gentle in that there are no fast movements or postures and it can truly be for anyone. That said, Gentle doesn't mean you won't feel discomfort. If you have tight hips, hamstrings, back, or shoulders, you will feel it.

Starting in January, all yoga classes taught by Burg and Kelly will be donation based! $5 minimum is suggested since I think you would like lights and heat, and a teacher.
