Pigeon Series

Use this to open your hips!!! Those pesky tight hips that us Westerners suffer from because of all the chair sitting we do. If you have tight hips, do this series.

One Caution: Please do not press up from the initial Pigeon pose into Down Dog. Putting all of your body weight onto your front bent knee is just asking for an ACL tear. You don't want that.

Move into the other poses and then from the final seated pose, step back into Down Dog.
