This sequence was created by well known yogi Kathryn Budig. You can move through each pose breath by breath or hold each for 5+ breaths. Several repetitions are great for building strength and stamina. Let your breath guide you, as always! Just because it may be challenging doesn't mean you should lose your breath.
Use your best judgement. I live within walking distance of the studio as do many of our students. If it's not safe to drive, don't drive. I will post on the Yoga Happiness Facebook and Instagram pages if classes are cancelled.
