Bring a yoga mat if you have one.    Bring a partner or get paired up once you get here.

Burg will guide you through some Thai Yoga Massage techniques - first on one partner and then switch up. No yoga experience necessary.

Giving and receiving Thai Yoga Massage is great for releasing tension, relaxing, feeling a sense of connection with others, increasing a feeling of compassion, and so much more.

Thai Yoga Massage is great for athletes, non-athletes, those with diabetes, arthritis, asthma, and other issues. You do have to be able to get up and down from the floor, however. Not suited for those with bone cancer.

Space is limited to 12 people (6 pairs)

The Come As You Are yoga series is a class designed for students who are currently in recovery from drugs, alcohol or other substances or behaviors.  We will discuss and practice the 8-limbs of yoga in relation to the 12 steps of recovery.  The goal will be to introduce or deepen the meditative practices involved in the recovery process. All levels are welcome and encouraged to come! 

$5 minimum suggestion donation.

Bring your mat if you have one, bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.

Bring nothing but journaling materials and wear comfortable clothing.  The cost for this session will be $5. or any donation whatsoever to cover costs of handouts, materials and studio space.  No registration is necessary. All are invited.  Feel free to bring new people as well.
